Curate is a no commission social media/market place designed for the fine artists of the world. The ones that would rather spend their time creating art than marketing it. It is a home for artists to create a profile, display their own gallery and immediately be seen by the art loving users of the app. Every piece of art in their gallery will be put into our recommendation engine. It will then be seen in the "choose or refuse" section of the app as well as in the the users recommended stream.

No longer will artists have to spend time building websites and marketing their work for endless hours. Curate serves as an artist’s website, gallery, social media venue and marketplace. It will also link the artists with Instagram, Twitter and Facebook as needed so their work will still be seen throughout their favorite social media applications while using Curate as home base.

Art Lovers will enjoy the beauty of fullscreen imagery while exploring artist from around the world. They will also easily find the art that they love through our recommendation engine simply by swiping right or left on an image to choose or refuse and then viewing a stream of new art based on their choices. And once they’ve found a piece that they cant live without they’ll be able to both converse with a artist via direct message and safely purchase it directly from the artist through the app. 

NO COMMISION
All the work sold is no commission. So to top it all off and truly embrace the artist first philosophy, all of the artwork bought and sold on Curate will be done so without commission. Simply put: all of the money that the artist charges for their artwork will go to that artist. 

FEATURED ART & PROMOTIONS
The featured art section will be home to all of the promotions that an artist wants use.  They will be able to promote their upcoming exhibitions or individual pieces of art that they want to give an extra boost. We will also be featuring local and global artists throughout that day In this section to give the artist added exposure.

2. either upload art (if you are an artist or gallery) or like, share and repost art (if you’re an art lover/explorer)
3. looking for recommendations? visit the “curate” section where you will quickly browse art at random. Then with a simple swipe to the right (to choose) or left (to refuse) a stream of new art with be immediately curated for you in a streaming feed. 
4. interested in waxing intelligent about a piece or checking out the latest feature? Head to the critique section and see the featured artist of the day and join in on the critique of their work.
